Bibidi created Buu 300 years age to destroy the Kaioshin gods. He killed three out of five of them before he was sent to Earth by the last Kaioshins. 300 years later, Bibidi's son Babidi, revived Buu in an attempt to destroy the Earth. Buu went through many forms after absorbing the Z team and splitting into two different Buus. Fat Buu is the good and Majin Buu is the evil form.

Cell was Dr. Gero's perfect creation. He was made from the cells of the best fighters in the universe including Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo, and Freeza. Dr. Gero was killed during the creation of Cell, however the computer was left working on the android. When he absorbs androids 17 & 18 he becomes Perfect Cell. Since Cell loves to fight so much, he created the Cell Game in which he would destroy the planet if no one could beat him. After he destroys Android 16, Gohan goes Super Saiyajin 2 and finally kills Cell.

Name: Freeza Pun: Freezer Race: Changeling Roles: DBZ, DBGT

Freeza is one strongest beings in the universe. He uses many of his followers to conquer planets then sells them to a high bidder. One of his followers was Bardock, Goku's father. Freeza wiped out most of the Saiyajin race, including Bardock, and he destroyed Planet Vegeta. Years later, on Namek, Goku learns that Freeza killed his father and the two engage in one of the longest, coolest, battles. Freeza is finally destroyed by Goku but later comes back, as a cyborg. He is then killed by Trunks.

Name: Garlic Jr. Pun: Garlic Race: Makyo-seijin Roles: DBZ

In Movie 1, Garlic Jr seeks revenge for his father's death, who died after fighting Kami-sama and being sucked into the deadzone. Garlic Jr creates a deadzone trying to suck in the Z fighters. However, because of Gohan's power, Garlic Jr himself gets sucked in. He manages to survive in the deadzone and comes back later after Freeza's defeat. He fights the Z fighters and once again creates a deadzone. AGAIN, he gets sucked in himself and never comes back after that.

Name: Ginyu Pun: Milk Race: Unknown Roles: DBZ

Captain Ginyu is the leader, and the strongest, of the Ginyu Force. He puts up a tough match for Goku. Ginyu also has a unique ability in which he can change bodies with someone. He shoots a blast from the mouth and whoever it hits, he switches bodies, and power, with.

Name: Nappa Pun: Cabbage Race: Saiyajin Roles: DBZ, DBGT

Nappa is one of the four remaining Saiyajins after the destruction of Planet Vegeta. He and Vegeta come to Earth in space pods. Nappa kills many of the Z fighters before Goku comes back from Kaio-sama's planet. When Goku arrives, he beats up Nappa bad but Vegeta kills him to honor the Saiyajin race.
